Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology foresight strategies aligned with market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Create executive-ready scenario planning models for disruptive technology adoption
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record translating emerging tech trends into market opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Deep knowledge of at least three emerging domains (quantum, AI ethics, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
