Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech) to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities with business objectives
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership documents published in IEEE and Nature journals
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and incubate pre-seed startups in future-tech domains
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and other global tech foresight forums
- Mentor R&D teams in translating theoretical concepts into practical applications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/MSc) in Computer Science, Physics, Biotechnology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, or climate tech
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research or industry-defining frameworks
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding or managing innovation portfolios
- Exceptional command of scenario planning methodologies and technology impact assessment
- Strong network connections with academic institutions and national labs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, or quantum programming languages
