- Lead executive workshops and scenario-planning sessions to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce thought leadership reports and white papers that position clients as future-ready pioneers
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate innovations aligned with 5-10 year horizons
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs from global intelligence networks to identify emerging risks and opportunities
- Present future scenarios to boards and investors with compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into visionary narratives for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or thought leadership pieces
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
