Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or related methodology
