Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Infrastructure: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable cloud-native systems and quantum computing frameworks.
- AI Strategy Development: Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core business processes.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team and establish best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
- R&D Leadership: Research emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Networks, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential for application in our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Code Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing protocols and CI/CD pipelines to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI & ML: Strong background in Machine Learning algorithms and AI system design.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of architecting complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
