Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Vision: Define and execute the architectural strategy for our 2026 AI product suite, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Model Development: Design and implement advanced machine learning models, including LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models in production environments, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, evaluating and integrating new tools and frameworks.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of transformer architectures and neural network optimization.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect complex systems and solve non-trivial engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
