Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term AI roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals for the 2026 era.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of advanced LLMs and autonomous agent systems.

- Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to rigorous ethical standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into scalable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
