- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author white papers on disruptive trends for industry publications
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-driven analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and key stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends with 90%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario modeling and technology impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business journals
