Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term strategic objectives
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and strategic roadmaps for board presentations
- Establish cross-functional working groups to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry conferences
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies

- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
