Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
- Document all IT incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in company systems
- Collaborate with senior team on security protocols and system upgrades
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setup
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
