- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR) into core business functions
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformative initiatives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of work, automation, and human-tech symbiosis
- Overseed the '2026 Lab' incubating moonshot projects with 3-5 year horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of converting future scenarios into commercialized products/services
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks adopted by organizations
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP) preferred
