Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams on 5-year product pipelines
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proven experience with AI/ML deployment in product development
- Certification in futures studies or strategic foresight preferred
- Strong portfolio of executed 3-5 year innovation roadmaps
- Experience with biotech convergence and quantum computing applications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive storytelling
- PhD or Master's in Technology Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
