Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Define and implement the core neural architecture for the Project 2026 autonomous ecosystem, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art deep learning models, focusing on NLP and reinforcement learning.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of talented ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization to support real-time decision-making in high-stakes environments.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with the CTO to define the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, anticipating industry shifts and technological advancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and hardware engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into user-centric products.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Research Background: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or open-source contributions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
