- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing $2B+ investment decisions
- Mentor teams in anticipatory intelligence methodologies
- Partner with R&D to accelerate 5-10 year technology pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-oriented initiatives implemented
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or APF)
