- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into commercial offerings
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder communications on future implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Published research or keynote presentations at global futurist conferences
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with academia and industry partners
