Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Develop quantum error-correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize quantum machine learning algorithms
- Drive innovation in quantum-resistant cryptography frameworks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through hands-on workshops
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenics
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Q, Amazon Braket)
