Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core AI models for the 2026 deployment roadmap.
- Optimize deep learning inference pipelines for edge devices and massive server clusters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP and computer vision modules into production environments.
- Conduct research on emerging architectures, specifically focusing on Transformer evolution and neuromorphic computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for scalable AI engineering.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability, and statistical inference.
- Experience with deploying large-scale models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about long-term system scalability and efficiency.
