Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry trends for the year 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and cloud-native architectures that handle petabyte-scale data efficiently.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the research and implementation of state-of-the-art deep learning models, focusing on inference speed and resource utilization.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Implement robust security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure AI systems are safe, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and drive innovation in a complex environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
