Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify opportunities beyond 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps that align with long-term corporate vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future scenarios into strategic priorities and investment recommendations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
