- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to capture emerging research
- Design foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism with 5+ in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology) with tangible implementation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFS, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful transformation of futuristic concepts into commercialized innovations
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
