Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ landscapes

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Author thought leadership publications and present to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on societal impact of technological disruption
- Experience leading enterprise-level scenario-planning initiatives
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and demographic shifts post-2025
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
