- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor emerging tech trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Secure $10M+ innovation funding through stakeholder presentations
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation
- Oversee pilot programs for futuristic consumer experiences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
