Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Produce visionary whitepapers and trend reports that influence corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership campaigns
- Represent the company at global future-tech conferences and summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership within tech or consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into visionary narratives
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, patents)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
