Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and market developments
- Develop and maintain scenario models for potential future disruptions
- Translate future insights into strategic roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed foresight into product development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership pieces on emerging trends and their implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Proven experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or futures studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies and strategic impact
