Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support to customers via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software for clients.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical procedures through continuous training.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
Qualifications
