Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal employees and clients.
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Set up and configure new workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and steps taken in the ticketing system.
- Assist senior technicians with network troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
