Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape studies to identify first-mover advantages
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and track implementation progress
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CTO, TOGAF)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on technology strategy
