Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech sectors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate research into commercialization pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Forecast technology adoption curves and regulatory impacts
- Drive innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic chips
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network in tech venture capital and academic research
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
