Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for emerging technologies, ensuring our stack remains ahead of industry standards by 2026.
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable AI and machine learning architectures that drive business intelligence.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Drive Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D projects to prototype and validate futuristic technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value for executives and investors.
- Ensure Security & Scalability: Oversee system architecture to guarantee high availability, security, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI models.
- Architecture: Proven track record designing complex, distributed systems using cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify and adapt to emerging tech trends quickly.
