- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers in developing next-gen AI and machine learning models.
- Ensure system resilience and high-performance standards for future scalability.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., biotech integration, advanced robotics) and evaluate their potential impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or systems design.
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of AI, ML, and quantum computing fundamentals.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
