Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching AI product strategy and roadmap for 2026.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to translate strategic goals into actionable deliverables.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into our core platform architecture.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure the success and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought-leadership events.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML product strategy, software engineering, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of launching scalable machine learning models in production environments.
- Deep understanding of modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or top-tier tech company is highly preferred.
