- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Meet daily performance metrics including response time and resolution targets
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to expand product knowledge
- Support high-volume periods with flexible scheduling availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral or pleasant phone demeanor
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving approach with patience and empathy
- Reliable transportation to our Austin office (2 days/week on-site)
