- Document Interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all customer communications in our CRM system.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to Scripts: Follow standard operating procedures while maintaining a natural and friendly tone.
