Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if applicable).
