Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with detailed and precise notes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Strong communication skills with clear, articulate phone presence
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under time-sensitive conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts during peak seasons
