Responsibilities
- Execute daily tech support tasks for enterprise clients
- Manage cloud infrastructure deployments across AWS/Azure
- Collaborate with agile teams on sprint deliverables
- Document technical processes and create SOPs
- Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting for network issues
- Conduct user training sessions for new software
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT operations or cloud administration
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Python/Ansible for automation
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Jira and Confluence workflows
- Valid Texas driver's license (client site visits)
- Ability to pass background check immediately
