Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and perform stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity goals and tight deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during shift changeovers.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong safety-first attitude.
