Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse storage systems
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing freight for quality and accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete digital paperwork and warehouse management system entries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Drive, Detroit
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
