Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality control and accurate documentation
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces to optimize workflow and safety standards
- Collaborate with day-shift team for inventory reconciliation and process improvements
- Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM, weekends required)
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided!
