Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Handle customer returns and damaged goods with care and proper documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
