Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily production quotas.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Process returns and damaged goods accurately using the warehouse management system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and punctuality.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
