Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Load and unload delivery trucks in a timely manner, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory levels and workflow bottlenecks.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets and labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
