Responsibilities
- Inventory Operations: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital records of all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus; comprehensive training provided.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to attendance.
- Communication: Basic English skills for reading orders and safety instructions.
