Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently during night hours.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain detailed logs of stock movements and discrepancies.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and adhere to all OSHA compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Valid driver's license (if required for company vehicle operation).
