Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse associates, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and safety compliance
- Implement and optimize inventory control procedures using WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Conduct performance reviews and provide targeted coaching to team members
- Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Generate daily performance reports for senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, including night shift supervision
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
