Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using WMS software.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
