Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pack and label products for distribution, adhering to strict safety and shipping standards.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders to minimize returns.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
