Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training available)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with inbound receiving and quality control inspections
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation to the Commerce Drive facility
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM-2 PM or 2 PM-10 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
