Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders within tight deadlines
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM)
