Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse staff during 10 PM - 6 AM operations
- Optimize inventory workflows using WMS systems for 99.9% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily compliance audits
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen methodology
- Manage performance metrics including KPIs and productivity dashboards
- Resolve escalated operational issues during peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Proven track record in labor optimization and cost reduction
- Strong problem-solving skills for high-pressure environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
